At 2 a.m. on November 1, Daylight Saving Time ends and we all get an an "extra" hour as clocks "fall back." What will you do with it?

I've bored you before with my contempt for Daylight Saving Time (and the concept of "changing time" in general, so I won't do it again. Besides, when it comes to the fall time change, I like getting one more hour to sleep. (That said, I am plagued by the thought that, like getting a "refund" from the IRS, this is something that is rightfully mine being packaged as some sort of gift. OK, I'll stop.)

ANYWAY. Since this year's time change is going down in the early morning following Halloween, you sturdy/youthful souls who are still doing your costumed partying at 2 get an extra hour to make terrible late night decisions. Yay!

And for the rest of you, who will be home sleeping, watching Jag, or doing a 2000 piece jigsaw puzzle when the time change occurs, remember to turn any of your timepieces that don't automatically update (Oven clock? Microwave? Timex?) back an hour Saturday/Sunday morning, so you don't show up at work on Monday an hour before everyone else. (Unless that's your thing.)
