The Hidden Cash Guy, a.k.a. real estate investor Jason Buzi, burst into Twitter and web fame last spring when he began hiding envelopes of money (as well as Pez dispensers stuffed with money, and other things stuffed with money) in various locations around California, New York, and Europe before calling it quits in August, now has a book out. Because, after all, he does seem to be a fan of attention.

As SF Weekly reports, Hidden Cash: The Inside Story is still being edited, but the 150-page book is going to be chock full of life and money-making advice from Buzi, who believes he has important things to say to the world.

Among those important things, via an excerpt he's published, are the fact that very few people get rich from being actors or artists, and the tale of how he came into his first $25,000 finder's fee as a real estate person.

Here's a quote:

I assume you want to get rich. Almost everyone does. Who would prefer to rent a small apartment than to own a nice house of their own? Or to drive a crappy car instead of a nice one? Who wouldn't want to take vacations when and where they want? Who wants to worry about bills? ... [One way to get rich is] Get a good job. Your best bet is to become a highly specialized physician, a profession I personally find distasteful (blood and guts? No, thanks). Like a heart or brain surgeon. After high school, you will need 4 years of college, followed by 4 years of medical school, followed by about 4 to 8 years of residency to specialize. You will probably have a massive amount of debt. But you will make a mid 6 figure income. After 10 or 15 or 20 years, you can retire relatively wealthy.

Wow, right?!

Get your advance copy right here! As he's been screaming on Twitter for the past couple days, tomorrow is the last opportunity to order the book, because it won't be available anywhere else but at that link. He'll be donating a portion of the proceeds from the book (so far almost $5,000) to Feeding America.
