Friday: Todd Trexler: A Solo Exhibition of His Legendary Posters
Reiterating what Jay told you on Tuesday, tonight's the opening reception for this truly remarkable solo show of work by poster artist Todd Trexler. Here's why you should dig Trexler and his work, much of which is being displayed for the first time in 40 years. Tonight's opening runs from 7-10 at Magnet (4122 18th Street), and even if you can't make it tonight, you have until June 30 to catch the show.

Sunday: Sunday Streets on the Great Highway
Sunday Streets along Great Highway is one of the car-free event's "most popular routes," and for good reason—there's something about walking down the middle of the empty coastal road that feels very Mad Max (but without all the sad post-apocalyptic stuff). From 11 AM to 4 PM, wander westward along Golden Gate Park's Middle and MLK Drives, then down through Lincoln Way and Great Highway. This is a good one to bring your bike for, as it runs more than four miles, with even more pavement to cover in the 1.5 miles between Stanyan to Transverse. You can even strap on some wheels to help break the Guinness World Record for the longest chain of roller skaters! But there's way more than that to do this Sunday, here's the full activity list.
