A man who admitted to smoking purple hash before boarding a Southwest Airlines flight out of Seattle was arrested on Tuesday after his unruly behavior forced his flight to land in Portland.

According to the FBI, mile-high passenger Sheron Lamar Rogers was "flashing gangs signs, praising Jesus and demanding alcoholic drinks" on his flight to Sacramento when he started arguing with passengers and the crew. After pissing off an entire plane full of people with the unfortunate detour, Rogers told FBI agents that he didn't feel like his behavior was threatening and that the gang signs were actually for Jesus. For his evangelical behavior, Rogers was charged with interfering with the flight crew.

Finally, Rogers later told FBI agents that he didn't feel high, but he is definitely not making a very good spokesperson for legal marijuana in Washington State.
