How can we quantify our love and admiration for dear Shoshanna, the smart, naive, fast-talking, uptight-in-a-good-way character portrayed by Zosia Mamet (who happens to be the daughter of playwright David Mamet)? She's everything we would want in a weird best friend, and she's one of the best-written characters in Lena Dunham's consistantly gushed-over HBO series Girls — which, we have to say, kind of had a rocky second season with a few less-than-great episodes, but we're obviously still going to come back for more. She's our Shosh, and we look forward to watching her grow up more than any of her slightly more worldly friends. [Vulture]
