Remember those adorable coyote pups we fell in love with back in May? Well, they're still out there in Golden Gate Park and they've grown! Big enough to steal your unattended children, even.

Once again, local ace nature photographer David Cruz is the man behind these photos of Golden Gate Park wildlife. Although we haven't heard of any recent trail closings out in the park, a cursory lesson on the development of Canis latrans tells us that the male coyotes start to leave their dens when they reach six to nine months of age — which is about how old they are now. So, as always, remember to kindly keep your distance.

Speaking of which, BayNature.org offers some wonderful insight on how to reduce conflict with urban coyotes.
