Well, this is fun. The kooky kids at the Darkroom Theater (2263 Mission Street) who brought you the staged reenactment of The Princess Bride over the summer are now doing a rendition of the 1997 classic The Fifth Element. Uptown Almanac assures us "It's great," and we trust them this time.
You can get advance tickets here, and they're $20. And you should know it will be performed there every Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. through October 27. This is a Numberkay Production, adapted and directed by Timothy Kay.
