A heated verbal altercation between two men quickly deteriorated into physical fright at Justin Herman Plaza on Friday. According to SF Appeal, "The suspect and the victim were in an argument in the plaza, and eventually the suspect cut the victim's neck. The suspect fled the scene, but a witness followed him, eventually flagging down an officer."
The victim was whisked to a nearby hospital treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
