Cupcakes, Which Are Still A Thing, Are Free Tomorrow At Sift

For all the blame cupcakes receive for being a harbinger of all things too cute and too quirky, they still remain a damn tasty treat. And with that, we bring you pressing news that Sift Cupcake & Dessert Bar will open in Pacific Heights tomorrow. Best of all, according to Eater, they will dose passersby with a free cupcakes from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to honor the occasion.

Sift also boasts a cereal bar with oatmeal in the AM, and something called cupcake shakes (just as it sounds: any cupcake blended with a milkshake). Here's the menu. Enjoy.
