The Wipro San Francisco Marathon saw thousands compete in the annual race this past Sunday. The top runners were 26-year-old Nathan Krah of Salt Lake City and 30-year-old Devon Crosby-Helms of San Anselmo. Along with bragging rights, both runners won a (small) purse of $1,500.

In addition to super fast skills on the pavement, Krah is PhD student in human genetics at the University of Utah. "It was just an endless assault of hills," Krah said after winning the race. Crosby-Helms described the annual 26.2-mile run as "extremely satisfying."

In related news, Mr. Peanut also ran yesterday's race as some sort of PR stunt for Planters. Fun!
