Over in the Outer Richmond on Thursday afternoon, an unidentified man and a 5-Fulton bus met under grisly circumstances. The collision, reported at 2:57 p.m., happened near the intersection of Cabrillo and La Playa streets. SF Appeal reports: "The 50-year-old victim was getting out of the rear doors of the bus when his foot got trapped in a gutter and he lost his balance and fell...[t]he bus driver, who did not see the man had fallen, began moving and a rear tire ran over his arm."

The victim's injuries are considered non-life-threatening. Hopefully, the guy's arm will be operable in no time.
