Due to police activity, part of the 101 has been temporarily shutdown today. "On Monday, June 4th at 1:57pm, a severe traffic alert is in effect on northbound US-101 entering at eastbound I-80 in San Francisco. All lanes are blocked due to police activity. Motorists are advised to expect delays and to avoid the area. There is no estimated time of opening," notes 511.
