HIGH: Noted ginger/chef wunderkind Thomas McNaughton will host a series of Wild Boar dinners at flour + water. Thomas' menus will focus on using the whole animal and "a connection to the most fundamental of old world practices." Deep. What's more, he will use loads of summer goods (e.g., summer squash, cucumbers, strawberries and other fruits like figs and melon) in his dishes. If you've never ate McNaughton, so to speak, now's your chance. The price tag is well worth the dent to your wallet. (If you can't afford it, however, simply head to flour + water for the less expensive a la carte fare.) The five-course dinner, with wine pairings, will cost $200 per person, inclusive of wine, tax, and gratuity.

One token will go toward voting voting for your favorite rib. May the winner be victorious, the losers humiliated in defeat.
