Giovanni Ramirez, the 31-year-old parolee arrested Sunday for allegedly taking part in the attack that left Giants fan Bryan Stow in a coma, is now claiming he has three witnesses ready to tell the court that he was in his apartment on opening day and nowhere near Chavez Ravine. TMZ, with it's many slimy fingers around Los Angeles, scooped the info from Ramirez' lawyer. Ramirez' arrest came after his parole officer noticed a resemblance to the suspect sketches posted all over town. According to the Examiner, Ramirez' record includes attempted robbery and possession of "composite or hard wooden knuckles". He's also had a few other assault and drug-related charges dismissed, so he's not exactly a model citizen.
