Man Shot, Killed Near Potrero Hill Housing Project

After the shooting death of man in the city's Potrero Hill neighborhood on Sunday night, a suspect was arrested. Two men, it seems, were having a heated debate on the 900 block of Connecticut Street at around 8:15 p.m. "when the suspect pulled out a semiautomatic handgun and shot the 33-year-old victim in the chest."
