After a kayaker found a skull in a cove below Battery Spencer on Monday in the Marin Headlands, authorities uncovered a partial skeleton, clothes, and jewelry. "After rappelling 600 feet down a cliff in heavy fog, crews recovered the intact skull, along with several upper body and torso bones," reports BCN (via KTVU).
