The mayor's office has issued a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Michael Douglas Nealy, 33, who is suspected of shooting a man several times during a robbery at 1019 Golden Gate Ave on June 23, 2009. The victim is paralyzed as a result.

Neely is also currently wanted on an arrest warrant in San Mateo County.
