On Saturday night, scores of people waited in a long line at 9 Langton (near 7th/Howard) to get into the members-only SF Underground Market. (SFist Style Editor Chloe Harris, who was queued up with an estimated 1,000 hungry shoppers, received a dirty look from a line-mate after dissing kombucha tea. Tough crowd, these gastronomes.)
A few of the local vendors there included Pearls Kitchen (Jewish deli fare), Dontaye Ball (pulled pork), Morgan Woolley, Green Hearts Family Farm (pastured meats), Elianna Roffman & Morgan Lee Woolley (Hawaiian baked goods), Dafna Kory (Jams from locally foraged fruits), Paawan, The Chai Cart- Hot Chai, James Grossman (Salumi), Alice Wilson (jams, sweet breads, foccacia), Katy McLean & Christopher David (Macaron Parisian maca), and more.
Flickr photog SMG3er captured these shots of the late-night shopping action.
