SCIENCE: The Exploratorium will stay open until 10 p.m. for "Exploratorium After Dark." In addition to the usual fare, there will also be music, cocktails, and the Cubatron - a 3D light sculpture containing thousands of individually programmable LEDs. Mix them all together and see how awesome science becomes.

COMEDY: "Laughter Against the Machine" was created by W. Kamau Bell, Hari Kondabolu, and Nato Green to challenge themselves as much as the audience. After a New Year's run in the city, the funny guys will be in the East Bay for three performances beginning tonight.

FILM: The A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition will screen a documentary about the 2007 constitutional revolution in Bolivia. Guerreros del Arcoiris (Rainbow Warriors) focuses on the clash between the poor majority and the wealthy minority.
