First Clayton Murder in 13 Years

The quiet town of Clayton was shaken over the weekend after Raymond Casso, 73, was murdered at the town's post office. This was Clayton's first murder in over 13 years. According to ABC 7, the alleged suspect, Shannon Bradley Moore, 37, "stabbed Casso inside the post office and then ran outside into the downtown square." Several men tackled Moore after the attack, holding him down until police arrived. Described as a "fun guy to be around" who was always smiling," Casso leaves behind a wife, three kids, and four grandkids.
