This past weekend, the first Really Really Free Market since the murder of its founder, Kirsten Brydum, opened for business in Dolores Park. If you recall, the 25-year-old activist was shot and killed while riding her bike in New Orleans earlier this month.
But on Saturday many came to honor Brydum's life and efforts of creating this free-ish market, which is an anti-capitalist "collective of individuals who form a temporary market based on an alternative gift economy."
