For those who've taken MUNI all the way down, a lot of buses (the 10, 30, 47 and 49) kind of end up there as it's a bus hub. It's one of those natural spots that drivers park at for awhile and chill. This isn't making people there happy because they keep on coming and going and having to wade their way through all the double parked buses. Add all the traffic and gas fumes and you have a no fun zone for residents. And apparently a Muni supervisor used some police barricades to save himself a parking spot. Hey, why didn't we think of that?
So people who lived there did what any person would do an bitch to their supervisor, Michela Alioto-Pier and so today, probably like right now, there will be the airing of greivances at the Board of Supervisors’ City Operations and Neighborhood Services.
PS-- we know the bus shown in the image isn't one of the buses that we're talking about but it's the best photo we could find. There's only so many MUNI pictures out there, ya know.
