Everyone seems to have their own form of "year in review" type articles. I have a hard time rank ordering anything, mainly because the thought of having to defend why I rated one song #4 instead of #7 is just too much of a headache. Having just rewatched High Fidelity (which basically explicates how list making can be elevated to an art form), I've realized that I'm not that much of a categorizer by nature, and why fight nature? In order to make my choices defensible, I'm not even doing catgories like music/ fashion etc. Everything gets lumped together. Either into "Keepers" or "Ditch(ed)". I can defend these choices. So Bring IT! I'm ready this year.
