Somewhere in that no-man's land between Powell and the Castro, a truck <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/sfist/2201740441/">bumped into a fire hydrant</a>, and you know what that means: <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/sfist/2201740371/">guerrilla water fountain</a>! Crews are currently working to either shut it off, or to splash playfully.<br>
