One way to cure the winter blues, and improve the life of one lonely, furry creature, would be to adopt a pet. But, of course, if you are too busy these days and non-committal and/or lazy for pet ownership, you could just follow one or all of the local animal shelters below on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter, and occasionally share a cute a puppy photo, thereby improving that puppy's chances of finding a home, maybe.
Or you could just enjoy the photos, and the stories of happy pets getting adopted.
