Sent to KRON4's Stanley Roberts by Gus Roldan, the video clip below appears to depict a cyclist who recently rode in eastbound Bay Bridge traffic, somewhere near the Treasure Island exit.
And, yes, before you ask, riding a bike in the flow of Bay Bridge traffic isn't legal* (there's a bike path, but it doesn't extend across the whole bridge). We've contacted the California Highway Patrol's SF office (that's who oversees traffic violations on the Bay Bridge) to see if they have any more information on this incident, and will update when he hear back.
*We're pretty sure there's a law on the books about driving and filming, too.
