Art Openings: The Harvey Milk Photo Center by Duboce Park hosts an opening reception for the 20th anniversary of "The Nocturnes" — a group of ten Bay Area photographers who pioneered new techniques in night photography. Twenty years after their first curated show, The Nocturnes continue to host "full moon gatherings" and education sessions for nocturnally minded photographers. The exhibit runs through December 3rd.
