Three Vegan Dishes Worth Creaming Your Culinary Pants Over

The Plant Burger at The Plant Cafe:

If a garden burger mated with a fraggle, it would be The Plant Burger. It's insanely delicious and completely insane. Made in house from lentils, mushrooms, beets, cashews, and bulgur wheat, The Plant Burger is just so crazy it works! Served with a few roasted potatoes and your choice of topping (try the wasabi! hot!), it's pretty much a party in your mouth. Warning: don't be alarmed if the burger seems almost too soft and pliable and refuses to stay within the confines of its bun prison, this is normal. I highly recommend having your fork and knife at the ready to tackle the beast. And maybe a bib? I mean, that's just a good idea for fashion, anyway.
