Apparently Arnie is starting to refer to himself in the third person and has decided to be known as 'special interests.'

There was a budget, Arnie, YOU chose not to sign it, shut up already.

Special Interests? Yeah, I guess education and roads are special interests. What is with this guy? When did Libertarians become anarchists? He is seriously determined to shut down all the services in the state...oh but except for the prisons. Cause you know, you have to have someplace to put the dissidents.
