We've heard It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is all the rage for those of you into relentless comedy (e.g., Arrested Development, Seinfeld, etc.), so this news might sadden you a bit. That is, if you don't already know. See, on Friday, Hulu pulled all but 5 episodes of the popular F/X show. Today, Hulu's chief executive apologized on his blog for the yanking the episodes without warning. Rights issues, it seems, are to be blamed. But "[a] new episode will be added and an old one removed each Monday," so, you know, at least there's that. But it's back to BitTorrent for fans who need their Philadelphia fix right-quick. Conversely, you could always try Alluc.org, but that site has the potential to blow your entire bedroom to smithereens, so proceed with caution.

yeah- thanks hulu. I had just taken those off my netflix queue and decided to watch them at hulu. Now I have to get the DVD sent. what a bunch o crap.
The beginning of the end for Hulu (or Julio as my friends Barbie calls it).
Me and Hulu down by the schoolyard?
Fail. They're on Comcast PPV or On Demand, Channel One, or whatever they're calling it. It's worth getting the DVDs though, the extras are even funnier than the show. My favorite (rabid fanboy typing)...is when Danny Devito checks out a waitresses ass. If you watch with the commentary, they explain that the actress playing the waitress is Lucy Devito, his daughter. Method.
It's not Hulu's fault. They're trying to get as much stuff there as possible.
i agree. If it's a rights issue the blame lies with the producers. Who the fuck doesn't buy out for the web these days? There's moving pictures on it now and everything.
Ahh piracy, always the solution.
they put the episodes back up until january 25 with a rather hilariously apologetic letter.
