SFist Watches: Your Locals On Reality TV

sugar_guide.jpg"America's Next Top Model" was clip show last week, and we didn't really learn anything about Marjorie that we didn't already know, like how she's awkward. And French. And is in love with Analeigh. So let's move on to...

"Survivor: Gabon." Previously, Sugar was sent to Exile Island and chilled in her Sugar walls.

Once she returned post-Tribal Council, she was pleased to see Ace was in her new Fang--Carl LaFong--tribe. Chrystal, meanwhile, was sure Sugar had found the hidden Immunity Idol, and vowed to get rid of her.

Later, LaFong spotted an elephant--that had freaky white eyes, mind you--across their pond, and proceeded to stare at it in awe. And then Ace and some guy we can't remember the name of decided to kayak out to it, which didn't seem to be the best idea, although they managed to do it without getting killed. Which is good or bad depending on how you feel about Ace.

Reward Challenge! Reward was an herb garden. And some salt. Whoopie! The challenge involved the flinging and hitting of fruit. Kota won and sent Sugar to Exile Island, AGAIN. Which was just fine by her as she got to hang out and eat in her Sugar Shack.

Immunity Challenge! It was ridiculous, requiring blindfolds, shields, and giant wicker balls rolling down a hill. Sugar was the "caller" that had to guide blindfoled Ace, and she didn't do a very good job of it. Or, if you hate Ace, she did a great job, and he managed to get bashed up more than once. LaFong lost.

Back at camp, GC, who had been bugging everyone, announced his desire to leave, and it looked like he'd be the one to be voted out. But soon Chrystal was digging in Sugar's bag and found her Immunity Idol and the rest of the (non-Ace and GC) tribe reckoned it would be now or never if they wanted to get rid of Sugar.

Tribal Council! Much talk of the hidden Immunity Idol, but Sugar didn't use it, and she didn't need to since everyone voted out GC the quitter anyway. Sugar lives, but her trust in Ace is looking to be an bad idea.
