At least he is in this elaborate, spooktacular, very San Francisco Halloween display, found outside a Glen Park home. Curious, yes? But we think they should have added pantyhose to Palin's legs -- you know, to go with the strappy, open-toed shoes. Because you know she would wear them together.
But still: interesting display, Glen Parkers.

how long until the Chron (or Fox) uses this as counter-balance for the "kill him!" imprecations against Obama at the Sarah Palin's rallies?

In past years, that coffin has always been inhabited by a vampire, so I'm not sure if the point was that McCain was supposed to be dead, or that he is simply undead.

What the photos don't reveal is that the display is on their FRONT LAWN. Yes, lawn.

This is a much more attractive display than one in Cherokee County, Georgia where the "shadow of death" is looming behind Obama.
Are those shoes a size 9? I could steal them for my wife.
I think it's funny, and far less tasteless than some of the anti-obama displays I've been reading about (like the "christian" school up in Oregon where they lynched him in effigy).
Let's face it, the geezer has one foot in the grave. It's not like they're suggesting assassination, just pointing out that nature will soon take its course.
I think the reporter missed the point. The focus is not on the dead old guy, it's on the Moose Hunt'n, Gun Tot'n, Hawwwkey Maaahm.
