This is one of the best things ever.
Two gleeful bearded gents take a speed-drenched downhill skateboard run through the Claremont Canyon hills with their HD videocamera.
While wearing powder-blue suits.
If this video doesn't bring a bit of cheer to your life, we can't help you.
Bonus!!! = Holy crap, someone made a Google topological map of the route these dudes traveled: http://sippey.typepad.com/filtered/2008/09/insane-skateboarders.html
A film directed by Ari Marcopoulos presented by Adam Kimmel found on The Internets via the indispensible laughingsquid.com who got it from Jason Kottke who got it from dunstan.

seriously sick!
a still-frame capture uploaded to the stream.
what was their drug of choice?
Wow, I lived in North Oakland for years. It took me many, many tries to be comfortable coasting down Claremont on my bike. Cannot imagine the balls it takes to bomb this road on a skate board. Huge most likely.
Nuts
It makes me so happy that people out there do stuff like this. Bravo, gents.

Er... gravity?

I utterly agree.
Right in front of me a few weeks ago some chap on skateboard t-boned a car after running a stop sign at about 15 mph. He left couple of teeth behind on the hood of the car, and then ran off in a hurry, so neither I nor the driver had a chance to ask if he wanted his teeth back.
@wsanders - thanks for the buzzkill
The camera handoffs add a whole 'nother layer of stupid -- and therefore awesome!

Oh, absolutely. The first time I saw them do that a chill shot up my spine
Just jaw-droppingly incredible.
The balls on these guys to do that with a hi-def camera as they flew down the hill! Spectacular.
Also: hey Jackson! sfist alumni re-pra-sent!
I got a contact buzz just watching to them. Harold and Kumar go to Claremont.
Without people like these guys, there would be a serious shortage of organ donors.
