Edwin Ramos Pleads Not Guilty In Murder of Father, Sons
Alleged member of the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) street gang Edwin Ramos, 21, pleaded not guilty in the noontime shooting deaths of Tony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16. Ramos, if you recall, was here as an illegal immigrant and also committed two felonies - an assault of a Muni passenger and the attempted robbery of a pregnant lady - but was not, according to the Chronicle, "surrendered by San Francisco juvenile justice authorities to federal officials for possible deportation," but nevertheless released from jail even though he was tagged as an illegal immigrant. Ramos, it seems, was "awaiting deportation proceedings" at the time of the murders. He returns to court next Wednesday.

Over the years since 'Sanctuary cities' became an abhorrent label, how many murders have been committed been hidden by the liberal court system and its timid thrall Hopefully Independents party members stop this travesty of our immigration laws
Demanding pledges from both Obama and McCain, Reid, Pelosi and all the retinue, who are supposed to swear an oath of allegiance to all Americans, against enemies domestic and foreign.
We must not let the biased liberal media slowly fade this heinous crime into the background. The Federal government (ICE) needs to descend on Sanctuary cities across America and arrest the pathetic Mayors, and city prosecutors for aiding and abetting illegal immigrants in violation of Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):
It says that the Federal government has jurisdiction over any city government? So why isn't ICE in the face of this Liberal place of 'Ananrchy'?
I do hope that both victims begin a 'Class Action lawsuit, against the cities and all those elected official involved for billions of dollars.

omg, you know what i want? a hole in the floor of my basement that leads just past the mexico border, ala nancy botwin, then i would flood the state and country with more humans who have every right to be here.
Actually I dont want him to be deported because then he could get away with murder if he goes back to his country. I think he should get death penalty in this country and his body deported back.
