SFist: Muni's Guide to this Weekend Wants You To Get Drunk, Exercise

prada-red-patent.jpg

It's going to be a busy, warm, and wily weekend. First, the Asian Heritage Street Festival, which takes place on Saturday, May 17 from 11:00AM to 6:00AM, around Japantown will result in the following closures from 3:00AM. to 10:00PM:

* Post Street from Fillmore Street to Laguna Street
* Webster Street from Sutter Street to d."Geary Boulevard
* Intersection of Webster and Post

What's more, the 2-Clement, 3-Jackson, and 22-Fillmore lines "may be affected."

Then, Uncorked! The San Francisco Wine Festival will be getting you trashed with class on Saturday, May 17, from 11:00AM to 6:00PM at Ghirardelli Square. Beach Street from Larkin Street to Polk Street will be shut down from 3AM to midnight. And the 19-Polk? Might be affected.

And finally, what you've all been waiting for: Bay to Breakers, Muni, and you. Its info is so intensive, so far-reaching, and so profound that it merited its own separate press release from Mr. True. And since we can't do it justice--and because it's hot and we're melty--check out the copy/paste of "The SFMTA to Provide Special Muni Express: Service for Bay to Breakers Race" after the jump. (Excellent job, Judson!)
