SFIFF: Film Awards!
We are always indebted to Drew Altizer, who goes to the parties and takes such lovely pictures! This time, Drew's at the SF Film Society awards night yesterday at the SFIFF, where director Mike Leigh and actress Maria Bello were honored.
And won't Editor Brock be so pleased! It's a beautiful picture of socialite doyenne Dede Wilsey and John Traina, above. After the jump, more pictures, including ones of Maria Bello, Warren Beatty, and San Francisco's own Warren Beatty: Willie Brown.

Other than Mike Leigh, Maria Bello and Marianne Jeanne-Baptiste, they all look like fucking gangsters to me. Thanks, Drew, for the pics of the revolting ones.

I never wrote comment B4 but I happened to meet Sonya on different occasions. She is good friend of my wife who is russian as well. And let me assure you Sonya is beautiful person with great heart. Very shy in fact. The only two minuses she has - wrong man in her life and never was trained how to pose in front of cameras.
But lets move on to something more interesting. She did not win any awards that night. Or did she?
