Vandlaism Report Card: Cosco Busan

Found outside of D-Structure in the Lower Haight this morning, this stencil--yes, stenciling is considered vandalism/graffiti even if it's done by a liberal arts graduate--makes the Coso Busan disaster look downright adorable. Naturally, we love it. (An aside: we want a Cosco Busan pillow now. Someone please make one. With a detachable oil-spill sidekick sporting googly eyes. Please.)

As to the meaning? Aside from being something altruistically about the environment, and obviously about last year's Cosco Busan oil spill, we're not exactly sure. But nevertheless:
