Wallpaper is back this Friday! Though they weren't gone for long (just a few weeks), this time they're coming back with a longer set. Hell yes! Wallpaper is Eric Frederic from Oakland, joined by Arjun Singh on drums. "I saw that classic Bay Area sound resurfacing," Frederic says, "that same psychedelic, drippy, care-free, funky approach that reigned from Sly Stone to Digital Underground." We had a blast earlier this month when Wallpaper played Noise Pop and we know it's going to be even better this time around. They're playing Rickshaw Stop (again) on Friday night and SFist is giving you the chance to win a spot on the guest list (with a +1). You'll also win a stylin’ Wallpaper t-shirt and the latest EP, T-REX.
Though Friday night is where it's at, Thursday night's highly anticipated Justice show will rock as well. (Justice did just win the Grammy for Best Electronic/Dance Album.) Following the concert, you can head over to popscene, where they will be dancing the night away with popscene's very own DJ's: Omar, Aaron and Nako. You'll definitely be in the mood to D.A.N.C.E.
Saturday night, the New Wave/Punk/Rockabilly band, The Phenomenauts, will be launching a CD Release Party at Slim's. SFist favorites, The Lovemakers and Maldroid, will be joining the party. This will unquestionably be a night of fantastic local music.

Oh, and Von Iva are playing the Uptown (Oakland), on Saturday night.
viewed in Firefox, its looks like the "Country/Territory" dropdown is by the guy on the lefts ding-dong.
nice work!!
