Well haven't things changed. What was once the south wing of the graffiti artist "gallery" at Warm Water Cove near Potrero Hill is now a pristine green monster of a wall with no tagging at all. Some people want to "take back" the area from graffiti artists by turning it into an off-leash dog park. Now there's an idea.
