Although you may never again cozy up in one of the Red Vic's couches to see a movie, you can at least make your own barren, undecorated apartment that much more Red Vic-like at this weekend's Movie Poster and Memorabilia Sale. This Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m, the shuttered movie house will be having one last blowout to help the crew pay off any bills that still remain after the projector went dark last month. We have hundreds of movie posters: old titles, new titles and collectibles. Also, lots of Red Vic and movie memorabilia, some of it dating back to the early 80's!Come to the Red Vic one more time, say hello (and goodbye) and leave with some cool stuff. Priced to sell!
We're told "priced to sell" means some of the most desirable items will be going for a very reasonable 10 bucks apiece, while a couple $1 and $5 bargain bins will be available for the movie buffs to go digging for treasure. For those of you who really want to get that independent movie house feel at home, they'll also be unloading some well-loved cups and wooden popcorn bowls so you can properly enjoy your yeast-dusted popcorn.
