Down in San Jose on Christmas morning, a mother dropped her young son out of a second-floor apartment window. Why? Well, according to reports, police had been called to her abode that morning after she locked herself in the bathroom with her kids. A presumably mentally-unhinged lady went on a smashing at least three parked police cars this morning. The San Francisco woman was arrested on suspicion of felony vandalism at 3:27 a.m. after a passer-by reported the vandalism to officers at the department's Southern Station," reports SF Appeal. more ›

On Tuesday afternoon, a 5-year-old boy and 7-year-old girl where whisked to San Francisco General Hospital after tumbling out of a second-story window on the 2600 block of Newhall Street. While their exact condition has not been made public, they were awake when emergency crews arrived at the scene. No word yet on what exactly led to their trip the window. more ›
