The Philip Anschutz owned San Francisco Examiner announced yesterday that current Executive Editor Vivienne Sosnowski is replacing John Wilpers as editor-in-chief at the Washington Examiner. Malcolm Kirk, present editor-in-chief of the Calgary Herald, will replace Sosnowski at the Examiner.
