One attack occurred on November 18th and a rape happened yesterday, December 9th. SFPD reports: "Both victims were walking in the early morning hours between 3:00 am and 6:30 am. when they were attacked from behind. A struggle ensued and the victims were sexually assaulted and then robbed of their belongings in both incidents. The suspect then fled on foot in an unknown direction with the victims items."

Union Square Store Robbed at Gunpoint
At around 3pm on Monday, a clothing store on the 200 block of Grant was robbed at gunpoint. A woman and two men entered the store and forced the female employees into a closet. "One of the victims got into a struggle with one of the suspects, a woman in her mid-20s, and suffered minor injuries that left a mark on her neck," reports SF Appeal. Witnesses Sought In Shooting In Potrero Hill Nightclub
A male clubgoer was "seriously injured" early Saturday morning after a shoot occurred inside Cafe Cocomo, the Potrero Hill nightclub located at 650 Indiana. "An unknown suspect shot a 23-year-old man inside the nightclub, and the critically injured victim was taken to a hospital to be treated," reports BCN (via SF Appeal). "The victim's condition has since improved and the injury is no longer considered to be life threatening."
Sketch Released of Walnut Creek Assailant
The Costa County Sheriff’s Office released this sketch today of the man suspected of trying to sexually assault a 43-year-old woman on Saturday at the Park Regency apartments in Walnut Creek. (Four other women have been attacked at the same complex since June. However, 22-year-old Berkeley resident Antonio Andre Mouton has been charged in connection with three of earlier attacks.)

Police Seek S.F. Rape Suspect
Police are looking for a man who allegedly raped a woman around noon on Tuesday at the Potrero Hill Housing Authority Development. According to reports, "Damir Shalako, 25, who has an 'SF' tattoo on his face along with others on his neck, was last seen shirtless, wearing only a pair of jeans, police said." He was staying with his grandmother when he reportedly beat and raped a woman living next door.
SFPD Seek 3 San Jose Men for Kidnapping, Sexually Assaulting SF Woman
Police need your help in arresting three men from San Jose who kidnapped and sexually assaulted a San Francisco woman on Saturday night. It seems, according to BCN (via CBS 5), a 25-year-old woman was "standing at the corner of Van Ness Avenue and California Street around 3:30 a.m." this past Saturday when "three men in a black four-door Volkswagen hatchback-style car approached her. While she agreed to a ride back to her hotel room, they instead "pulled her back inside as the driver sped off," and drove her to a remote location near Cesar Chavez Street and 101 where they attacked her.

The mayor's office has issued a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Michael Douglas Nealy, 33, who is suspected of shooting a man several times during a robbery at 1019 Golden Gate Ave on June 23, 2009. The victim is paralyzed as a result.

Regency Ballroom Shooting Suspect Sought
The rapscallion who shot eight people outside KMEL's House of Soul concert at the Regency Ballroom has yet to be apprehended by authorities. Last night, if you recall, a fight between two men escalated into a fight between four men, which resulted in a man who pulled out a gun. And that man? According to SF Chronicle is "described as black, in his 30s, wearing an unbuttoned white shirt with pinstripes, white T-shirt, blue jeans and a baseball cap."
Two Children Shot Inside Berkeley Home
A few days after a Vallejo toddler was shot while sleeping in her parents' bed, Berkeley played host to another kids-meet-gunfire incident. Two children aged 3 and 6 were shot inside their home at around 5 a.m. this morning on the 1500 block of Oregon Street. Their wounds, thankfully, were not life-threatening. According to the Chronicle, "responding officers found a home on the block had been hit by multiple bullets." Police do not suspect that the shooting was random. The fuzz are looking for two creeps who assaulted a man and a woman at a Willie Nelson concert on Jan. 20 at the Fillmore. The incident happened at 11pm at the venue. According to reports, "the female suspect allegedly threw a woman to the floor, causing a head injury [and] the male suspect punched the male victim, causing him to fall down stairs and suffer a major head injury. The male victim was taken to a hospital where he remains."
