When you live in a neighborhood overrun by donut purveyors and nail shops, with a fair number of fairly unappetizing Chinese restaurants sprinkled in between, the arrival of a new joint featuring a new regional cuisine is cause for at least a little salivation. All but one lane of I-80 westbound are blocked, after a woman driving an infant lost control of her car and flipped over by the University Avenue exit this morning. The woman has been sent to Highland Hospital and her male passenger suffered minor injuries, but the baby, strapped in a car seat, is fine. By the coast, Highway 1 remains closed after mudslides, and this morning, a two-car accident tied up 92 as well.......
