-San Jose gets back to where it all belongs with a 3-0 victory over the Minnesota Wild. The Sharks appear to be playing up and down lately-- a win here followed by a loss there-- and this is definitely one of the up games. more ›

We were watching all the ESPN gab-fest shows yesterday and every single reporter on every single show ripped the Giants for all things Barry. We know it doesn't matter in the long run, but we do not like it when our favorite baseball team is ripped to shreds. Needless to say, the whole Barry thing is just leaving bad tastes all around. So much so, Magowan himself sent out a letter to all season ticket holders saying that mistakes were made in the past, but this time they really, really are trying harder but they really had no choice to do what they did. -The Warriors beat up on an Allen Iverson-less 76ers last night, 116-97 as Matt Barnes led the way with seven three-pointers and twenty-five points. Monta Ellis, meanwhile, isn't as injured as everyone thought he was. And the next run of seven games looks pretty good for the Warriors. more ›

-Warriors lose to the Suns giving the Suns their 13th straight win. The Warriors missed their first thirteen shots to fall behind early and never recovered. It's the Warriors sixth consecutive road loss. more ›

Bonds signing, Day 2... While the players are psyched and according to the Chron, Giant's fans are too, Bruce Jenkins is not. He, in fact, drops in to rip the deal, calling the front office "gutless," says the season is already over, wishes the team were more like the Dodgers, and thinks the Giants are basically nothing but a freak show right now. Jenkins must have powered the energy haterade as he cranks out two columns and makes Eve's day by posting on the blog too.
