We've talked about the controversial documentary The Bridge here on SFist before, but for those who couldn't bring themselves to see the film in a theater, you've got your chance for a cozy TV viewing on IFC tonight at 7:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. At least at home you can cover your eyes and scream "OH MY GOD!" without bothering a theater full of people.

Alex Clemens of San Francisco Usual Suspects posted a link on Friday to a new website which we found on Chris Nolan's Politics from Left to Right. Looks like the documentary by producers Geoff Callan and Mike Shaw, which was mentioned in Tad Friend's bit of kudos-slathering about Gavin Newsom [PDF link from Usual Suspects], now has their website and trailer up.

We're only getting to this story now because it takes four days for magazines to travel across our great lands to us yokels out here in the Western hinterlands -- the New Yorker deigns to focus its little monocle on the far end of Democrat-Blue America and presents a rather one-sided hagiography of our boy wonder mayor, Gavin Newsom.
