Update and Clarifications: Thanks to Jerry Threet, legislative assistant to Supervisor McGoldrick, for his great follow-up! He noted that the primary sponsor of the ordinance to create a CU process (as described below) is Supervisor Peskin with McGoldrick as cosponsor.
