Red Union Hair Salon has launched its 2nd Annual Severed Head Contest, in which students and stylists from participating beauty schools and salons transform mannequin heads into fabulous pieces displaying their talent for creating amazing hair and make-up. Anything goes, from outright stunning, funny, and thought provoking, to scary and ghoulish.
