Melissa Huckaby, the 28-year-old Tracy woman accused of kidnapping, raping and murdering Sandra Cantu back in April, has yet to enter a plea in court. Lots of crying and grimacing? Sure. But after four court appearances, Huckaby has yet to enter a plea. So, in an effort to speed things up, prosecutors have asked the judge in the case to enter a plea of not guilty for Huckaby if she once again refuses. If she doesn't enter a plea today, the judge could very well do it for her.
