All around nice guy Phil Ginsburg, Maor Gavin Newsom's chief of staff, turned in his letter of resignation today. This makes the second CoS to resign since Newsom has been in office. (Steve Kawa being the first.) But why did Ginsburg quit, you ask? Well, according the the Chronicle, Ginsburg "is stepping down to spend more time with his family." Which? Is such bullshit.
